County Club Restaurant

Wow. My wife and I were blown away. A "best of" on our time in Lexington. The smoked brisket was fantastic. The smoked chicken wings (with the spice rub) raised the bar on what is possible with chicken wings - best in class. Great local beer selection. AMAZING service. We felt like we were being wooed to become regulars, which we totally would if we lived here! Treat yourself to a visit here is my best advice.

Live near by so I've been a few times, most recently on 4/20. It was crowded but we got a table outside right away. Ordered a salad and the pork belly skewers as appetizers and poutine with smoked meat and the brisket sandwich as mains. It was busy, but apps took about 40 minutes to come out. The poutine was much better than the brisket sandwich, which was dry and not that flavorful. I honestly don't think their smoked meats, like the pulled pork and brisket, are very good. But I do like the atmosphere, the outdoor patio, and the location. Also, one time I had a cheeseburger and it was pretty good.

Delicious smoked meats. I had the poutine and Cuban sandwich. Both fantastic. Very cool atmosphere- relaxed but nice.
